3. Shipping Information 

For shipping any items to the event (including booth equipment etc..), please complete the hotels shipping and handling forms, a copy of which can be downloaded by clicking the PDF docs next to this message, or alternatively email me at josh.bull@lngexport.us to request a copy.  Please note all shipping charges are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.  Please also include the accompanying credit card authorization form to pay for your shipping handling. 

The cost includes - receipt of your freight, delivery to the booth, storage, return of empty crates and reloading. Additional charges may apply if your shipment does not arrive/depart during the designated move-in/move-out times.

4. Ordering additional booth furniture 

Each booth will come with the following as standard 

10x8 space
- Pipe & drape
- 6ft table and 2 chairs (table will be draped in black cover)

8x6 space 
- 6ft table and 2 chairs (table will be draped in black cover)

should you require any additional tables or chairs etc.. you can order additional equipment from our drayage provider American Spirit Expo here

5. Power 

Please note that as standard we will provide each booth with the following power set up, free of charge. 

120 single phase, 20 amps with duplex. 

If you require additional power or power accessories for your booth, additional options are available but would need to be organised by yourself directly with the hotel and at your own expense.


We have included the form request should you require additional power options below (attached).  The hotel contact to send this request to is as follows:

6. Booth Displays and Graphic artwork:

Table Top Exhibitors: 

Your space: Table is 6ft long & the floor space in total is 8'x6' - (8 Foot wide and 6 foot Deep)

Includes: 2 chairs,  Black colored base cloth/drape , basic power

Suggestions: you bring a branded table cloth or on table branding, 2 x pull up banners or bespoke free standing signage that can be displayed within the 8'x6' space 

Power: If you are running a number of electrical devices see section 5 to order more power to your table. 

 

 

10'x8' Booth Exhibitors: 

10 foot wide - 8 foot deep 

Your space: You have a standard Pipe & Drape style booth measuring 10'x8' ( Pipe and drape sizing is - 8 foot high by 10 foot wide)

Includes: A black curtained back wall & 2 black curtain side walls, 6ft Table with black colored base tablecloth & 2 chairs.

Suggestions: You use free standing graphics along the back, 2 x pop up banners towards the front of the booth, branded table cloth

Power: If you are running a number of electrical devices see section 5 to order more power to your table.

20 foot wide, by 8 foot deep
